Junior/Brownie Girl Scout Troop 651 of Hoquiam, Washington
invites you to join us in celebrating
the 80th birthday of
our past council president, mentor, and beloved friend,
Della Wakefield.
Della's Birthday Bash!!!
The celebration will be in the form of an
Open House on July 10th, 2005
Between 11:00 am & 4:00 pm
at Girl Scout Camp Klahanee.

Events will include:
Opening & Closing Flag Ceremonies,
Walking Tours of the entire lower level of the camp grounds
led by the troop members,
Pictorial Displays the girls have prepared,
Birthday Cake & Light Refreshments,
Laughter, Joy & the company of other wonderful people.

Closing Flag Ceremonies will also include a
Bridging Ceremony for the Brownies and the
Receiving of the Bronze Award for
the Junior Girl Scouts.
Troop 651 chose to create, plan & host this event
for their Bronze Award Project.

Della, or GeeGee as she is known,
says she does not want gifts for herself,
but would be pleased if guests could help in the funding
of some important needs for our beloved camp.
1. A new Chainsaw to provide wood for warmth, campfires,
outdoor programs and to keep our camp safe.
2. Six new Picnic Tables
3. Additional Shelters for Meadowhaven

off of Highway 101
about 13 miles north of Hoquiam.
Take the first marked right turn past mile marker 100.
